Harvey Berin Beaded Ivory Dress Vintage 1950s
Special enough to be considered a vintage 1950s wedding dress, if you’re asking me (and you are!) What at first glance is a demure and feminine frock, upon closer inspection reveals intricate handwork that would cost GOBS today. More exquisite details than that of most contemporary wedding gowns, this Harvey Berin beaded ivory dress will certainly turn heads. Every bit of lace applique is applied over cut-outs in the underlying finely seamed body of fabric – down to each and every climbing leaf of the skirt and bodice. All are outlined in white beads, and also scattered teeny tiny aurora borealis sequins.
