1940s Vintage Leather Jacket

With all of the wear and age that you could hope for. This 1940s zip-front leather jacket has the simple timeless style that works with everything. Overall surface wear and creasing. Jacket was relined more than once according to the former owner. The current lining wasn’t done by a very clever liner, as they didn’t calculate the pocket lining depth against the inner seam depth – the idiosyncrasy of vintage clothing. Completely wearable as is, lining reconstruction or repairs are up to you. Vintage clothing collectors may be able to identify the maker but the label disappeared long ago during lining replacement. Leather has been reconditioned with our favorite Pecard product (an indispensable item for collectors of vintage fashion for men.)
